Preparation:
To make the meatballs: Heat oven to 350. Mix beef, sausage, eggs, crumbled bread, garlic powder, onion, ketchup and 4 tablespoons choped parsley and blend well in large bowl. Form into small balls and place inot large baking pan with sides.
To make sauce: Mix cranberry sauce, chili suave, brown sugar, lemon juice, rosemary and remaining 2 tablespoons chopped parsely. Heat in a saucepan over low heat until cranberry sauce melts. Pour over raw meatballs and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve in a chafing dish with cocktail toothpicks. |
