Ingredients:

1 can chick peas -- 12 oz, (garbanzo beans) drained and rinsed
2 tablespoons tahini -- (sesame paste)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon salt
 

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and mix until thoroughly combined. Best served with warm fresh pita or pita chips. Enjoy!
