Preparation:
Arrange pineapple slices on greased baking sheet. Place a banana slice in the
center of each. Sprinkle with lemon juice and 1/2 of
the cinnamon-sugar. Make meringue with egg whites, cream of tartar and sugar,
and spread over each pineapple slice. Sprinkle with r
emaining cinnamon-sugar. Bake 10 min. at 400F till golden. Garnish with
cherries. Serve warm or cold. |
