Preparation:
Approx. 3 cups chunked fruit (I like apples, bananas, grapes, oranges etc.) In large bowl add oats and condensed mild. Add nonfat milk to achieve a batter like consistency. Add pecans and the juice of the lemon. Mix in fruit. Chill and serve. ** For low fat or nonfat version substitute low fat or nonfat milk for the sweetened condensed milk and use brown sugar to sweeten to taste. |
