Preparation:
In a small saucepan, combine pineapple, brown sugar and butter. Heat over
low heat, stirring constantly, until butter melts and mixture is hot. Spoon
1 tablespoon into each of 10 medium muffin cups. Separate biscuits. Place 1
biscuit in each muffin cup. Preheat oven to 400~F. Bake 12 minutes or until
golden. Loosen biscuits with a knife. Turn out onto a large serving plate. |
