Preparation:
Heat chocolate and water in 1-1/2-quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Stir in sugar and salt. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in milk. Heat just until hot (do not boil). Beat with hand beater until foamy or stir until smooth. Serve immediately. |
