Preparation:
Combine berries, sugar, cinnamon, and water in a saucepan. Mix together flour, salt, and baking powder. Add milk and mix lightly to make a soft dough. Bring huckleberry mixture to a boil. Drop dough by spoonfuls onto huckleberry mixture. Cover. Turn down heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve warm with sweetened heavy whipped cream. |
