Ingredients:

2	ounces	instant coffee
2	cups	boiling water
4	cups	sugar
1	piece	vanilla beans -- quartered
1/5	liter	vodka

Preparation:

Dissolve instant coffe in boiling water. Add sugar. Stir and cool. Quarte r vanilla bean. Drop 2 pieces into each of two 1 quart bottle. Pour 1 cup vodka into each. Divide coffee mixture into the two bottles. Fill bottle s with vodka. Cap tightly and hide for 30 days.
