Preparation:
Combine first 3 ingredients in a heavy saucepan over medium heat. Simmer
15-20 minutes or until reduced by half. Stir in dates and raisins. Simmer 3
minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Combine next 3 ingredients
in a serving bowl. Pour hot juice mixture over fruit and toss. Chill at
least
30 minutes. Toss before serving. |
