Preparation:
Combine in a large serving bowl; tomatoes, brie cheese, basil leaves, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper. Cover bowl and set aside, at room temperature, for at least 2 hours before serving.
Bring water to a boil in large pot. Add olive oil, salt and linguine Boil until tender, but firm, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain pasta and immediately toss with tomato mixture. Serve at once, passing the pepper mill and plenty of grated Parmesan cheese. Sometimes we like to add crumbled cooked bacon as well. Of course you'll need hot French bread with thi |
