Preparation:
Cream Cheese Sauce: Combine the 1/4 cup butter, parsley, and basil; blend
in cream cheese, and pepper; stir in 2/3 cup boiling water; blend mixture
well. Keep warm over pan of hot water.
Cook noodles in large amount boiling salted water till just tender; drain.
Cook garlic in the 1/4 cup butter 1 to 2 min; pour over noodles; toss
lightly and quicly to coat well.
Sprinkle witht 1/2 cup of the cheese; toss again. Pile noodles on warm
serving plate, spoon the warm Crem Cheese Sauce over; sprinkle with
remaining 1/4 cup cheese; garnish with additional parsley. |
