Preparation:
Preheat oven at 180°C.
Filling: in a bowl, mix all ingredients in this order: ricotta, sugar,
candied fruit, egg. Set aside.
Crust: sift flour with sugar, salt and baking powder. Add butter, softened
at room temperature and diced, and eggs. Knead.
Grease and flour a baking pan and spread it with 4/5 of the dough. Pour in
filling and level. Cut the remaining dough into stripes and put them on the
filling, forming some crosses like a tart. Bake for about 1 hour. Serve
cold. |
