Ingredients:

1/2 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon scallions
2 teaspoons chile oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon szechuan peppercorn
2 teaspoons garlic
 

Preparation:

combine ingredients in a saucepan, over a moderate flame heat to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 2 minutes remove from heat use at room temperature, as desired
