Preparation:
1.) In a med. sized heavy saucepan , Wisk together the milk and the
buttermilk powder. Sprinkle the gelatin on top and let stand until the
gelatin softens - about 5 mins.
2.) Set the pan over low heat and cook stirring occasionally , for 5 mins or
until the gelatin dissolves . Remove from the heat and Wisk in the yogurt .
3.) Transfer the mixture to a med. - sized bowl , cover , and chill in the
refrigerator for one hour or until thickened . Store tightly covered in the
refrigerator for up to 5 days . |
