Preparation:
1. In a med. sized heavy saucepan, Wisk together the milk and the buttermilk powder. Sprinkle the gelatin on top and let stand until the gelatin softens - about 5 minutes.
2. Set the pan over low heat and cook stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until the gelatin dissolves. Remove from the heat and Wisk in the yogurt.
3. Transfer the mixture to a med. - sized bowl, cover, and chill in the refrigerator for one hour or until thickened. Store tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
