Ingredients:

4 cups catsup
1/2 cup prepared mustard
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons liquid hot pepper sauce
1/2 cup prepared horseradish
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon ground sage
 

Preparation:

combine ingredients in a saucepan, over a moderate flame heat to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 2 minutes use as a marinade or baste for seafood
