Skillet Sauce

Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter
2 cups nuts. coarsely chopped
12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate pieces or butterscotch morsels
 

Preparation:

Makes 2 1/2 cups 1. Melt butter in large skillet. 2. Add nuts and cook until browned, stirring constantly to prevent scorching; remove from heat. 3. Add chocolate and stir until melted and mixture is blended. Serve warm over ice cream. NOTE: This recipe may be made in an electric skillet set at 350.
