Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cook the raisins in water until they are soft. Drain off water. In a medium bowl, combine the raisins, applesauce, eggs, syrup, oil, and vanilla.
Combine the remaining ingredients and add to the medium bowl. Mix well. Bake in a nonstick 9 x 12-inch pan for 30 minutes. Cool 10 to 15 minutes before serving. |
