Hungry Jack Chocolate Oatmeal Bars

Ingredients:

1 Can Hungry Jack refrigerated flaky biscuits -- (16 oz)
1 Package semisweet chocolate chips -- (6 ounce)
1 Can sweetened condensed milk -- (14 ounces)
2 Cups rolled oats
1/3 Cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 Cup melted butter
2 Teaspoons vanilla
 

Preparation:

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Separate cach biscuit into 2 layers. Arrange layers in ungreased 13x9 inch pan. Press over bottom and 1 inch up sides to form crust. Sprinkle chocolate chips over dough; pour condensed milk over chocolate chips. Combine remaining ingredients and spread on top. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Cool, cut into bars.
