Preparation:
Combine yolks and honey in a mixer bowl process at medium speed for 10 minutes, until very thick add vanilla-mix well sift together flours and cornstarch gradually fold into egg yolk mixture-mix well combine egg whites and cream of tarter in a clean mixer bowl beat to stiff peaks fold into flour mixture spoon into a pastry bag, fitted with a 3/4-inch round tip pipe 3-inch lengths, 1-inch apart, onto parchment-lined baking sheets bake @ 350 degrees, in center of oven, for 10-12 minutes, until golden remove carefully to cool on a wire rack serve at room temperature |
