Preparation:
Mix all crust ingredients until crumbly. Press half of crumb mixture into bottom of 8 x 8 inch glass pan. Microwave on power level 7 (med.) for 2 1/2 to 4 minutes. Beat eggs and sour cream together until smooth. Blend together filling dry ingredients and add to egg mixture. Stir in raisins. Pour filling into crust and sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Bake on power level 7 (medium) for 6 1/2 to 8 minutes or until firm. Makes 12 bars. |
