Pumpkin Bars - Grass and Grains

Ingredients:

1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 cup canned pumpkin
2 large egg whites
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
 

Preparation:

Combine dry ingredients in a small bowl. In a separate small bowl blend oil, eggs, and pumpkin. Add dry ingredients and blend 3 minutes. Pour into a greased baking pan. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees
