Preparation:
Prepare instant potatoes according to directions on box for largest serving.
Finely chop one half jar pimientos and about one half cup green onions. Add
softened cream cheese to potatoes, folding in thoroughly. Add pimientoes
and
green onions. Transfer to glass casserole, sprinkle top with cheese. Bake at
325 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until slightly browned. Enjoy. |
