Preparation:
1. Place cubed potato and garlic in a large saucepan, and cover with water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes or until tender; drain well.
2. Return potato and garlic to saucepan. Add milk, yogurt, and salt; beat at medium speed of a mixer until mixture is smooth. Add chopped chives, and stir well. Garnish with whole chives, if desired. |
