Ingredients:

potatoes -- sliced 1/8 inch thick |

cream of mushroom soup |

canned milk |

onion -- chopped |
1/2 |

bell pepper -- chopped |

clove |
garlic -- minced |

Preparation:
Slice potatoes spray a 9x13 inch pan with pam. Put a layer of potatoes on bottom of pan. On top of the potatoes sprinkle a few onions and bell peppers. Put another layer of potatoes on top of onions and bell peppers. Continue until pan is about 1/2" from being full. Ending with potatoes on top. Mix soup and canned milk and garlic. Pour over potato mixture. Cover with foil. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
VARIATIONS: you can add leftover turkey, ham or even used canned spam diced up. You can add things like cooked green beans or broccoli or even cheese. |
