Preparation:
1. Cut potaotes into thick wedges.
2. Arrange in single layer in large saucepan.
3. Mix together water, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper; pour over potatoes and bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook for about 20 minutes or until potatoes are almost tender and most of the liquid is evaporated.
5. Uncover and cook for about 5 minues longer or until tender and moisture is totally evaporated. |
