Preparation:
In large saucepan, combine potatoes, water and 3 teaspoons bouillon granules; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain. In small saucepan, heat milk and remaining bouillon until bouillon dissolves. In mixer bowl, mash potatoes with milk mixture until potatoes are smooth and fluffy.
Add Variety by mixing in one of the following just before serving. Parmesan - - 1/4 cup; Horseradish - 2 teaspoons prepared; Chives - 2 tablespoons fresh or frozen chopped; Garlic - 1 1/2 teaspoon ready to use minced. |
