Preparation:
Peel and boil sweet potatoes until fork comes out clean. Beat sweet potatoes with mixer. Add all other ingredients and beat well. Pour into unbaked pie shells and place on cookie sheet. Bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 70 minutes, or until fork comes out clean. |
