Preparation:
Combine first 4 ingredients and cook over medium-high heat, stirring
constantly until mixture
comes to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in extract. Place plastic wrap
directly on top of mixture and
chill 1 hour. Meanwhile, beat evaporated milk at high speed with a mixer
until frothy. Add sugar and
continue to beat until soft peaks form. With wire whisk, briskly stir cocoa
mixture. Gradually
fold beaten evaporated milk into cocoa mixture. Chill 1 hour. |
