Preparation:
Blend tofu in a food processor until smooth.
Melt chips in a double boiler or microwave.
Add maple syrup to melted chocolate and combine. Add chocolate mixture and vanilla to processor and mix with tofu until creamy. Pour into a graham cracker crust. Chill. Top with fruit.
Note: Warm maple syrup before adding to chocolate or the chocolate will harden. Or, add maple syrup to tofu mixture before adding chocolate.
Additional suggestions: Top with nuts or use a nut crust. |
