pitted large green olives -- rinsed and drained |

whole blanched almonds -- toasted and cooled |

cloves |
garlic -- thinly sliced |

teaspoon |
dried hot pepper flakes |

Preparation:
1. Stuff olives with toasted cooled almonds and in a glass bowl combine with the remaining ingredients.
2. Marinate olives, covered and chilled at least 3 days and up to 1 week. Let olives stand at room temperature 15 minutes before serving.
