1 large egg yolk
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
1 cup olive oil
 

Preparation:

sieve hard cooked eggs combine sieved eggs, raw yolk, and vinegar-mix well whisk in oil, until thickened cover and chill for 1-24 hours serve slightly chilled
