Preparation:
This dish thickens as it stands and can be thinned with a little wine. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients in ungreased 3-quart casserole.
Cover and bake 50 to 60 minutes or until hot and bubbly and carrots are tender. To Microwave: Place carrots and red wine in 3-quart microwavabl casserole.
Cover and microwave on high 5 minutes. Place sausage on carrots. Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over top. Cover tightly and microwave on high 18 to 22 minutes, stirring after 12 minutes, until hot and bubbly. |
