Preparation:
Melt margarine in 2-quart saucepan over low heat. Stir in flour, tarragon and pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth adn bubbly; remove from heat. Gradually stir in milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute; remove from heat. Stir in cheese until melted. |
