Preparation:
1. Heat half the oil in a wok or large frying pan. Add the pork and cook for 4-6 minutes, until meat is browned on all sides.
2. Add vegetable mix to pan with stir-fry sauce and pepper, and then cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring.
3. Meanwhile, heat remaining oil in a separate pan and fry noodles for 3 minutes. Spoon noodles into individual bowls and top with pork mixture. |
