Preparation:
In large Dutch over or saucepan, brown the hamburger, pork, sausage and onion
all together. Add salt, pepper, garlic, chili powder, tabasco sauce, cumin,
tomatoes and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer and cook
for 2 hours.
Add drained pinto beans and simmer for 30 minutes longer. |
