Preparation:
Brown 1 1/2 lbs ground beef in oil in 10 inch skillet. Crumble beef. Add 1/2 tsp. salt. Pack beef firmly into pan. Cover and heat 20 minutes on low. Meanwhile put onion soup in blender for 1 minute. Add to beef. Mash beef with fork till looks like rice. Simmer 5 minutes covered, on low. Add: Kidney beans, tomato paste and sauce. Heat thoroughly about 20 minutes, to let flavors blend. |
