Preparation:
Spread a slice of bread with soft butter. Spread 2nd slice with mustard. Add 1 slice ham and 1 slice emmentaler and Swiss cheese. Press sandwich together. Dip sandwich into beaten egg. Repeat for second sandwich. Melt unsalted butter and olive oil in skillet. Cook sandwiches on each side until golden brown and cheese is melty. Serve hot.
