Drunken Blue Cheese Log

Ingredients:

2	cups	cheddar cheese
1/2	pound	cream cheese
1/4	pound	blue cheese
3	teaspoons	cognac
2	teaspoons	onion
1	teaspoon	worcestershire sauce
1/4	teaspoon	tabasco sauce
1/4	teaspoon	garlic
1/4	cup	nuts

Preparation:

combine all ingredients, except nuts, in a food processor process until well blended cover and chill for 60-90 minutes form into a log wrap in plastic and chill for 4-96 hours remove plastic, roll in nuts to coat serve slightly chilled or at room temperature
