combine cheddar, brie, and cream cheese in a food processor process until smooth and well blended pack into a ramekin or earthenware crock cover and chill for 4-96 hours meanwhile, brush baguette slices with melted butter place onto an ungreased baking sheet bake @ 300 degrees until golden and crisp remove from oven, cool serve cheese slightly chilled or at room temperature with seedless grapes and crostini to the side |
