Preparation:
Use 9 by 12 baking dish, fill flour tortillas with heated refried beans, cubed sharp cheddar, and red crushed pepper. Wrap ingriedents in tortillas, put in dish. Pour enchilada sauce over all. Pour taco sauce over each enchilada, sprinkle with crushed red pepper, arrange banana peppers on top. Cover with the mild cheddar cheese and bake until done in 350 degree oven. Serve with sour cream and lots of water. |
