Preparation:
Heat soup to a boil, in a saucepan, over a medium flame remove from heat and stir a small amount into yolks stir yolk mixture into heated soup-mix well combine whites and cream of tartar in a mixer bowl beat until stiff stir one-fourth of whites into soup mixture-mix well gently fold in remaining whites pour into a greased souffle dish bake @ 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes, until set serve at once |
