Ingredients:

4	cups	cheddar cheese
12	ounces	cream cheese
2	teaspoons	diced pimiento
6	ounces	blue cheese
2	teaspoons	onion
1	teaspoon	worcestershire sauce
1	cup	toasted nuts

Preparation:

combine all ingredients (except nuts) in a food processor process to mix well cover and chill for 30 minutes form into a log wrap in waxed paper and chill for 2-96 hours unwrap and roll in chopped nuts to coat evenly serve at room temperature, with assorted savory crackers to the side
