Preparation:
Combine and simmer first 6 items. Saute the second 6 items. Make into meatballs. Combine with tomato sauce, mashing meatballs into sauce. Simmer uncovered for 3 hours. Cook lasagna noodles. Layer sauce, lasagna, 1/2 ricotta, 1/3 mozzarella, 1/2 Parmesan. Repeat. Top with mozzarella. Bake in 350 oven for 50 minutes. |
