Ingredients:

sour cream |

sour cream for garnish |

fresh dill for garnish -- my added touch |

Preparation:
Blend one-half of the bottled borscht with the chopped cucumber and onion. Pour into a large bowl. Mix the remaining borscht with the sour cream and fold into the pureed ingredients. Seqason with salt and pepper. Serve cold with a dollop of sour cream sprinkled with fresh dill. May be served hot with sour cream on the side.
