Preparation:
Mix together muffin mix and butter until crumbly. Press crumbs into a greased 9 inch pie pan. (Reserve 2 tablespoons of crumb mixtue to sprinkle on top of filling.) Bake crust at 375 degrees for 7 to 10 minutes. Cool. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and lemon juice until well blended. Fold in dream whip. Pour into crumb crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Chill and serve. |
