Preparation:
In large bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Add pumpkin, oil and bran. Mix well.
Add sifted dry ingredients, mixing only until combined. Stir in chocolate
bits and nuts. Spread evenly in 10 x 4 inch tube pan (angel food pan)
ungreased or sprayed lightly with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for about I hour
and 10 minutes or until cake tests done with a toothpick inserted near
center. Cool completely before removing from pan. (May need to place a
sheet of foil across top during last 1/2 hour to avoid over-browning.) |
