Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350F.
In teapot, pour boiling water over cinnamon apple herbal tea bags; cover
and steep 5 minutes. Remove tea bags; cool.
In large bowl, beat cool tea, eggs, honey and margarine. In medium bowl,
combine flour, cereal, raisins and baking powder. Gradually add to tea
mixture, stirring just until moistened. Spoon batter into 12 greased and
floured muffin cups. Top with apple slices. Bake 20 minutes or until
toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. On wire rack, cool 10
minutes; remove from cups and cool completely |
