Preparation:
De-crust and cube bread In a bowl, combine bread and heavy cream and work until it is a loose dough. Add egg, mayonnaise, mustard, 1/2 Old Bar. Combine thoroughly. In a seperate bowl, clean crabmeat to bread mixture. Add remaining Old Bay and combine. Will make 4 - 5 Crab Cakes. Saute in hot oil or clarified butter. |
