Preparation:
Bake Pastel Marble Cake as directed.
Reserve 1 1/2 cups Vanilla Butter Frosting for decorating.
Frost cake with remaining frosting.
Place 2/3 cup of the reserved frosting in decorating bag with star tip #18, pipe zigzag lines on cake to divide into 15 servings and make borders around top and bottom edge of cake.
Tint 1/2 cup of the reserved frosting pink with 2 to 4 drops red food color; make drop flowers in middle of each of the 15 squares.
Tint remaining frosting green with 1 drop green food color; pipe leaves on flowers with leaf tip #352. |
